Refund and Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for factory manufactured problems or issues.
Returns/refunds will only be accepted if the client can provide a complete, uncut, and unedited unboxing video upon receiving the package and clearly showing the waybill and product defects. There is a 7 day window upon delivery of the package for return/refund requests. Anything beyond that will not be entertained.
For items on sale/clearance, we do not accept any form of returns or refunds. All sales are final.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders after payment is prohibited. Kindly be mindful of your purchases.
